After 20 minutes with no message, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. ♡ You may cancel or reschedule at least 8 hours before your appointment. ♡ No-shows do not receive a deposit refund. ♡ You can adjust your booking directly through GlossGenius, or message me beforehand if you need assistance. ♡ For safety and limited space, no extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance.
